AGM 2024 Voting Procedures:

This year, we are in the fortunate position of having more committee member nominees, than we have places for.

We have three additional, nominees and only one place on the committee, therefore we will be voting to elect a person to fill that place.
The elected member, will sit on the committee, the remining two members will automatically, coopted onto the committee.

According to our constitution, we can have up to 12 committee members + an additional 3 coopted members.

The nominees are:

June Lloyd-Jones
William (Alf) Gooder

The voting procedure will be:

1. As it it the AGM, members will need to sign in.

2. When you sign in, you will vote for one person to sit on the committee. 

3. There will be a box where you will deposit you voting slip before the AGM begins.

The votes will be counted during the AGM
